3t电弧炉的扩容实践

摘要 对3t电炉的炉型尺寸合理选择,提出了推荐性意见。该炉通过扩容改造,平均每炉出钢量提高18.24%,冶炼时间缩短4min,冶炼电耗降低22kWh/t,电炉日历利用系数提高26.37%。 A discussion is made of how to appropriately select the furnace type and size in the project of capacity expansion for the 3t electric arc furnace. It is clear that benefitial results are achieved through the capacity expansion including an increase in productivity/heat by 18. 24%, cut-down of refining time by 4 minutes and electric energy consumption by 22kWh/t and improvement in availability of electric arc fumace by 26. 37%.
