通过测算满足城市污水处理厂投资需求的污水处理理想价格水平 ,现行城市污水处理价格体系下的理想投资结构以及不同价格水平下单位政府投资带动社会资本的能力 ,分析现行污水处理价格与理想价格之间的差距 。

By means of calculating the ideal price which can fulfill the investment demand of urban WWTPs, the reasonable investment structure based on the actual price system, and the amount of social capital driven by unit government investment, it is analyzed the gap between actual price and the ideal level, ability of government investment to drive social capital and the reasonable proportion.
