以基于室内温度的热计量方法 ,推导出相应的数学模型并加以简化。认为这种计量方式基于等舒适度等热费的原则 ,具有设备价廉、易于管理、收费简单易懂的优点 。

Provides an indoor-temperature-based heat metering means, sets up a mathematical model and obtains its simplified form. The basic idea behind this heat metering method is “equal cost for equal comfort”, which is thought to be cheaper in costs for equipment, easier to control, simpler to be understood by the end-users, and suitable to be used in refurbishment of existed buildings and low-income households.
