为了有效避免出现火灾安全问题 ,从消防规范、验收标准、档案管理等几个方面提出探讨性意见 ,同时对部分未成熟的问题进行了研究 ,促使高层建筑消防规范既符合实际 。

In order to avoid problem of conflagration,it propounds discussable suggestions from aspects of fire regulation,standard of check & acceptance and management of archives,and researches some potential problems so as to make fire regulation of high architecture not only suitable for actuality but also easy to manage.
