轮式铣刨机自功率及数字调速系统研究

根据发动机的外负荷特性以及液压泵的负荷控制特性,探讨了一种自功率及数字调速系统的设计方案,使轮式铣刨机安全高效地工作,并简化了驾驶员的操作。

The load feature of the engine and hydraulic pump is first analysed. Based on the analysis, some measures are put forward in increasing the usage ratio of the engine power and the efficiency of hydraumatic system. The configuration of software and hardware of the system is also discussed in this paper.
