重载工程机械工作泵侧板耐磨性能的研究

摘要 针对重载工程机械工作泵前后侧板耐磨层易磨损的状况,提出了用钛合金代替原有青铜耐磨层来根本解决这个问题,并研究了加工过程中热加工处理工艺对Ti鄄6A1鄄4V热轧厚板超塑性性能及显微组织的影响,以及该合金热轧厚板的超塑性行为的特点,同时观察了不同状态的板材超塑变形前后组织形态的变化特点。 According to the bad wear condition of the wearresistant layer in the front and back sideboard ofthe pump in heavy engineering machine,the problem will be radically solved when titanium alloys replace the primary wearresistant bronze layers. It has been studied that hot-process technics affect the plastic characters of Ti heat-roll board and the fine structures. The characteristics of the overstepping plastic characters of the heat-ron board axe investigated. The organizing configuration of different postural boards while they change from one state to another one is observed.
