摘要
在科技采纳模型和任务技术匹配模型的基础上,分析了影响企业ERP实施的行为因素,并建立了能够在企业ERP采用进程中解释和预测员工行为的TAM/TTF整合关系模型.本文从行为科学角度来分析企业ERP系统的实施,以期能使企业更加深刻的了解影响ERP采用和实施的行为因素,并通过控制这些因素来提高ERP系统实施的成功率和使用效果.
Based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) and the task-technology fit model (TTF), we analyze the behavioral factors that influence the enterprise ERP implementation, and build an integrated TAM/TTF model to explain and forecast the employee's behaviors in the process of ERP acceptance. This integrated model can help enterprises understand the behavioral factors more profound and use the ERP more successfully and effectively.
