摘要
2004年10月起即将实行的《零售业态分类》标准首次把六种无店铺销售形式列为零售业态。纵观无店铺销售在我国的发展历程可知,虽然其态势良好,但也存在不少问题,应借鉴国外无店铺销售的经验,从消费者、无店铺销售企业、立法及行政管理、中介组织和相关的环境建设等方面探讨无店铺发展之路。
'Retail Industry Form Classification', which is to be implemented in October 2004, for the first time includes the six no-shop forms. Despite its healthy development tendency, no-shop sale has met many problems, in particularl after China's entry into WTO. We should learn from the experiences from abroad.
