摘要
要使我国新闻舆论监督的法律环境得以改善,真正进入良性运行的状态,须从立法入手,体现对舆论监督的适度宽容、倾斜,并在相关权能和利益的冲突间保持平衡、协调,建立起由立法、司法、行政、新闻等全社会多方合力共建的舆论监督保障体系。
A legislative measure is indispensable to the solution of the problematic legal context of the current media and public opinion supervision. The legal context must be tolerant and supportive to public opinion, which also calls for balance and control among related stake holders, thus a system that protects public opinion is to be established by a cooperation of legislation, justification, administration and media departments.
