教师自我评价指标体系的建立及其应用 被引量:8

摘要 本文简要阐述教师自我评价的必要性和美国国家质量奖的基本情况,并在此基础上着重展示课题组设计的教师自我评价指标体系(主要包括班级领导、课堂教学保障、课堂文化、学生参与和潜能开发及教育服务的质量保证等5个方面)以及对该体系的实际运用。
