鳗鱼中恩诺沙星、环丙沙星和诺氟沙星残留的测定方法

Detection method of enrofloxacin、ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin residues in eel

鳗鱼肉中残留的恩诺沙星、环丙沙星和诺氟沙星用磷酸盐缓冲液提取,提取液经C18固相萃取小柱净化、富集,用洗脱液洗后,上高效液相色谱仪经Waters Xterra Rp 18柱分离后,用荧光检测器检测。本方法的检测限分别为:恩诺沙星0.001 mg/kg,环丙沙星0.002 mg/kg,诺氟沙星0.002 mg/kg。

The drugs were extracted with phosphate solution and the extracts were decontaminated with SPE C18 column. The residues were eluted by eluant. The HPLC method was used for the determination of residues in eel. The residues was separated on Waters Xterra Rp 18 Column and determinated by fluorescence detectror. The minimum detection limits were 0. 001 mg/kg for enrfloxacin and 0. 002 mg/kg for Ciprofloxacin and 0. 002 mg/kg for norfloxacin.
