催化裂化装置低剂耗的影响及对策

摘要 北京燕山石化公司炼油厂第一套催化裂化装置采用EMTROL型旋风分离器后,催化剂跑损大幅度下降,影响平衡剂的筛分变细,活性下降和流化性能改善。平衡剂性质变化的结果是床层流化质量和平衡剂再生效果改善,剂油比操作弹性减小,产品分布变差。为此,采取了改造再生器内溢流管,掺对Y-15催化剂,优化平衡催化剂活以及加注金属钝化剂等措施,既降低了催化剂单耗,又合理地控制了平衡剂活性,转化率和剂油比,使轻质油收率… When EMTROL type cyclones were installed on No.1 FCC unit in Yanshan Petrochemical Compa- ny,the catalyst run-away was minimized,the sizes of equilibrium catalysts became smaller,the catalyst ac- tivity was reduced and the fluidization behavior changed.The change in properties of equilibrium catalysts resulted in the improvement of bed fluidization quality and regeneration effect of the equilibrium catalysts, the decrease in operation flexibility of catalyst to oil ratio and the deterioration of product distribution. The taking of such measures as revamping the catalyst downcomer in the regenerator,blending the catalyst with Y15 type,optimization of equilibrium catalyst activity and addition of metal passivator etc.not only reduced the unit catalyst consumption but also appropriately controlled the equilibrium catalyst activity,con- version and catalyst to oil ratio.As the result,the yield of light oil was increased by 0.72% and the main techno-economic indexes have reached the domestic advanced level.
