催化裂化装置再生烟气管道设计原理和失效原因分析

Deign Criteria for Flue Gas Duct of FCCU Regenerator and Analysis of Its Failure

结合再生烟气管道应力腐蚀开裂的事故情况，分析了主要原因，并针对产生事故的原因进行了改进。改造后的两个周期运行证明，效果很好，没有再发现焊缝开裂，也没有发现简壁产生皱褶。

In consideration of accident resulted from the stress corrosion cracking of regenerator flue gas duct, the main causes were analyzed and based upon which the duct was revamped.The two cycles’ operation after revamping experienced no weld cracking and no wrinkles appeared on the duct shell.The good re- sults have been achieved.
