摘要
通过经济比较分析了炼油厂机修的设计模式，建议新建炼油厂采取配件全部外购，设备大修全部外包，设备检测外协的模式。并介绍了放射性同位素和声发射在线检测方法。
Through economic comparison,the traditional design of refinery maintenance shop was analyzed.It was suggested that,for the grass-roots refinery,all spare parts should be purchased from outside,the over- haul and monitoring of the equipment shall completely contracted out.The on-line testing techniques of radioisotope and acoustic emission were introduced.
