玉屏风散与T细胞亚型表达的Meta分析

Meta Analysis Between “Yupingfeng Powder” and T Subgroup Expressions

通过CBMdisc和Medline计算机检索 ,应用Meta分析的方法评估玉屏风散对T细胞亚型的作用 ,对 6篇相关研究文献进行数据合并 ,固定效应模型合并的标准化均差 (SMD)和 95 %可信区间 (95 %CI)分别为CD3 0 98(0 72 ,1 2 4 )、CD41 5 9(1 38,1 80 )、CD80 0 1(- 0 15 ,0 18)。因各研究间存在显著异质性 ,去除Meta分析中的非RRTI文献 ,数据同质性有改善 ,其SMD (95 %CI)分别为CD3 1 72 (1 0 2 ,2 4 1)、CD41 93(1 6 4 ,2 2 3)、CD80 0 5(- 0 16 ,0 2 5 )。结果 :玉屏风散对T细胞亚型CD3 与CD4的表达有统计学意义 ,对CD4表达的提高更为显著 ,对CD8表达无统计学意义。提示玉屏风散对T细胞亚型的表达 ,尤其在T辅助细胞的分化方面具有调节作用。

Based upon the databases of CBMdisc and Medline, 6 pap ers concerning the effects of “Yupingfeng Powder” on T subgroup expressions were retrieved and analyzed by Meta method in terms of SMD and 95% CI. They were as follows: CD 3 0.98(0.72, 1.24), CD 4 1.59(1.38, 1.80), CD 8 0.01 (-0.15, 0.18). Since there were differences in quality, the non-RRTI literature was re moved to show the same quality; the SMD (95%CI) was CD 3 1.72 (1.02, 2.41), CD 4 1.93(1.64, 2.23) and CD 8 0.05(-0.16, 0.25). Results: “Yupingfeng Powder ” could obviously increase CD 3 and CD 4, especially CD 4, but increase CD 8 little. It is suggested that further researches remain to be conducted to expl ore the effects of “Yupingfeng Powder” on T subgroup expressions in term of im munity.
