摘要
介绍在减压渣油中掺入催化裂化油浆，生产优质焦的过程，并分析了生产中出现的问题。提出采用变温操作，油浆过滤和降低原料灰分以及控制反应温度和注水量等措施，使焦炭质量提高１～３个档次。
The production of high-quality coke from vacuum residue blended with FCC oil slurry was intro- duced.The problems arising in the operation were analyzed and the measures such as varia- ble-temperature operation,oil slurry filtration,reduction of ash in the feedstock,control of reaction temperature and the amount of water injection,etc.were presented.The quality of the coke was improved by 1-3 grades.
