摘要
本文从组织文化的有关理论出发,论述了大学组织文化的内容、特征和功能,认为大学组织文化的内容可分为物质层、制度层、精神层三个层次,具有导向、凝聚、激励、约束和辐射五个功能。在中央工艺美术学院与清华大学的合并实践中,不同学科之间互相渗透、互相影响、共同发展,在办学理念、价值观念、人文情感等方面互相尊重、平等交流、积极融合,实现了强强联合、共同提高,在实践中做出了有益的探索。
This article discusses the content, character and function of university-culture from points of view of organization culture theory. The authors hold that the conduct of university-culture contains visual system, administration system and spirit system; the functions of university-culture are conducting, agglomerating, prompting, restricting and influencing. In the process of the Central Academy of Arts and Design (CAAD) merging into Tsinghua University, different subjects have made more distinguished development by influencing each other, the valuations and culture of the two universities have introjected into each other on the base of respecting each other and intercommunicating each other.
