转变实验课培养模式,推动实验室开放型教学 被引量:44

Promote Open-lab Teaching by Changing Experimental-course Patterns

摘要 本文通过对传统的实验教学管理模式的分析,提出改革实验教学的管理模式、推进向研究型教模式转型的教育理念,构建了学生自主选择的、开放式的、网上的实验课排课与选课管理平台。实验课培养式采用开放型的教学管理,积极配合清华大学的教学改革,解决了实验教学管理中未能克服的瓶颈,推动了学生个性需求为主导的教学管理模式的实施,为培养创新性人才创造了有利条件。 Based on an analysis of the management of traditional experimental-course, this paper presents a newly reformed way of managing the traditional experimental-course to excel the Tsinghua University by transforming into a research oriented educational system. Meanwhile, it establishes an open-style online course-arranging and course-choosing administrative system, through which students can choose classes freely. And also an open-style teaching administrative pattern is adopted, which is in according with the educational reform of Tsinghua University. In this way, the problems in teaching administration of experiments, which have remained unsolved for long, are solved. The new open style administrative has promoted the training of talents who are innovative and creative, as well as promoted the implementation of teaching management, which is demanded by every individual student.
