Reform and Perfection in the Finance System of Enterprises

以中铁第十四工程局为财务模型，分析了国有企业财务管理中存在的主要问题，完善财务管理制度的方法途径。

Through the analysis of the finance system of the 14th Project Bureau of Chinese Railway as an example,this paper intends to expose the major problems existed in the finance management of state-owned enterprises. Also some efforts are made to figure out solutions to these problems.
