A Research on the New Situations and Requirements confronting the Development of Application-oriented Undergraduate Education

当代教育直面世界的挑战，尤其在应用型本科人才培养上更应适应形势：转变教育观念、教育管理体制，提高教育质量，调整教育结构。使之适应人才全球化的要求，以提高我国的教育水平和国际竞争力。

After China's entry into the WTO, the educational circles are exposed to worldwide challenges, especially in the field of application - oriented undergraduate education. Based on these concerns over these challenges, this paper points out that it is time that we renewed our educational concepts, and adjusted our education managing system and structure, so as to satisfy the requirement of globalization and improve the educational quality.
