我国加入WTO，需要大量的应用型、复合型工程造价管理人才，改革工程造价管理本科专业教学模式，培养创新人才是必要的。

Now that China has entered the WTO, every field in China is subjected to worldwide challenges and opportunities. In particular, the construction field is in want of a great number of practical and compound qualified personnel in cost - estimate and management. This need in reality make it necessary for the education circle to reform its training model so as to turn out more practical and innovative qualified personnel.
