摘要
ATP生物荧光法自20世纪50年代开始研究,到了90年代已日趋成熟。由于其快速、灵敏、价廉的特点,现已广泛应用于食品生产清洁度及细菌数量的检测。
The application of ATP bioluminescence method in the test of food microbe began to emerge in the 1950s, and in the 1990s it was far advanced. Owing to its advantage of being quick, sensitive and cheap, this method has now been in widespread use in testing the cleanliness and amount of microbe in food industry.
