摘要
在食物营养成分表中没有或很少给出粮食中氯含量的数据。本文采用电位滴定法对一些粮食中的水溶性氯化物含量进行了测定。在所测定的粮食中水溶性氯化物(以NaCl计)含量的范围为0.011％—0.22％。
No or few data on chlorine content in grain in the food nutritive ingredient table were found. The contents of water-soluble chloride in some grain were determined by potential titration method. The contents of water-soluble chloride in determined grain range from 0.011%-0.22%.
