The Party's Social Work Should Be Paid More Attention And Enhanced

党的社会工作应以社区服务为基础,其组织机构要以街道工委为领导和协调主体;要充分发挥专兼职工作人员的作用;要推动社会互助活动,强化对社会弱势群体的维权活动等。

The party's social work should take community service as its foundation. Its organizational structure should be led by the street work committee of the party. The functions of staffs of full time or part time should be brought into full play to push social activities of inter help and defending rights of weak groups.
