喘安治疗大鼠哮喘的病理学研究揽要

Experimental study on influence of ChuanAn on pathology in asthma rat

喘安具有降气化痰,温阳祛痰之功效。对大鼠肺泡灌洗液炎症细胞及肺组织结构影响的研究。目的:通过动物实验研究,探讨喘安对哮喘大鼠肺泡灌洗液炎症细胞及肺组织结构的影响。方法:建立大鼠哮喘模型,设立正常组、哮喘模型组、喘安治疗组、桂龙咳喘宁组、必可酮组、喘必组,治疗36天后,分别测定大鼠肺泡灌洗液中炎症细胞数量及观察肺组织结构的变化。结果:大鼠肺泡灌洗液中炎症细胞和肺泡间隔增厚及炎性细胞浸润的程度在各组的数量对比关系呈:模型组>桂龙组>喘安组>必可酮组>喘安加必可酮组>正常组(各项指标P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:喘安可明显减轻哮喘大鼠肺泡间隔增厚和炎性细胞浸润,说明喘安治疗哮喘大鼠有效。

Objective : To study the effect of ChuanAn on sIL -2r in asthma rat. Methods: To establish asthma rat model, 56 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, normal groups, asthma groups, ChuanAn groups, guilong groups, Beclometasone groups, ChuanAn with Beclometasone groups. After 36 days, to verify the mount of the leucocyte eos in Alveoli douche Lotion. Results: about the mount of the leucocyte eos in Alveoli douche Lotion, matched relation of Viscacha group were model group > Guilong groups > Chuan An > becotide groups > Chuan An adding becotide groups > normal grups( P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). Under Light Mirror, in asthma rat Lung constitution stained by HE show eosinophilic granulocyte, Lymphocyte, Mast-cell, neutrophil, Alveoli interval increased thichness and airway were emphraxised by discharge. It can be evidently alleviated by ChuanAn. Conclusions: ①ChuanAn treating the rat asthma were operative; ②the binding of the herb and western medicine were better than the other groups.
