黄连联合头孢菌素类抗生素的抑菌作用研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察黄连合用头孢他啶或头孢噻肟体外抑菌作用。方法:采用稀释法测定黄连的MIC;在黄连含量为0.25和0.5 MIC情况下,扩散法测定抗生素纸片的抑菌环直径。结果:黄连水煎剂对3株标准株(大肠埃希菌ATCC25922,金葡菌ATCC25923,铜绿假单胞菌ATCC27853)和临床分离株的MIC为31.25-125 mg·ml-1。5/6的试验菌株中,黄连合用头孢他啶的抑茵环直径大于单用头孢他啶的抑茵环直径;5/5的试验菌株中,黄连合用头孢噻肟的抑茵环直径大于单用头孢噻肟的抑菌环直径6株产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)菌株的黄连合用头孢他啶的抑茵环平均直径基本等于头孢他啶加棒酸的抑菌环平均直径。结论:黄连合用头孢他啶或头孢噻肟可增强对金葡菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌的体外抑菌作用。 Objective: To observe the antibacterial effect of coptis chinensis combined with ceftazidime (CTZ) or cefo-taxime (CTX) in vitro. Methods: The MIC of coptis chinensis was assayed by the agar dilution test; the antibacterial effect of coptis chinensis (0.25 and 0.5 MIC) combined with CTZ or CTX was assayed by the K - B test. Results: The MIC of coptis chinensis was 31.25 - 125 mg · ml-1 on E. coli ATCC25922, Staph. aureus ATCC25923, Ps. aeruginosa ATCC27853 and the bacteria isolated from patients. In coptis chinensis combined with CTZ, their diameter of inhibition zone was longer than the that of single CTZ on 5/6 strains. In coptis chinensis combined with CTX, their diameter of inhibition zone was longer than the diameter of inhibition zone in single CTX on 5/5 strains. In coptis chinensia combined with CTZ, their diameter of inhibition zone was almost the same with that of CTZ combined with clavulanic acid on 6 extended - spectrum beta - lactamases (ESBL) strains. Conclusion :The coptis chinensis combined with CTZ or CTX in vitro can increase antibacterial effect.
