薄层扫描法测定通降胃灵Ⅱ号片黄芪甲苷的含量研究

目的:建立通降胃灵Ⅱ号片中黄芪甲苷的测定方法。方法:双波长薄层扫描法(λs=530nm λR =700hm)。结果:黄芪甲苷在2.0-10.0μg之间线性关系良好,γ=0.9996,平均回收率为100.56％。3批样 品每片平均含量为0.419mg。结论:本法简便、准确,可作为通降胃灵Ⅱ号片中黄芪甲苷的测定方法。

Objective: To establish a method for determination of astragaloside in Tongjiangweiling 2222222222222 tablets. Methods : Dual wave -length TLC - scanning(λs =530nmλR) =700nm) was used. Results : The calibration curve was linear within the concentration range of 2.0 - 10. 0μg . The average recovery was 100.56%. Conclusions : The method is simple, accurate. It may be used for the quantitative determination of the Tongjiangweiling Ⅱ tablets.
