摘要
目的:研究心复宁V号(XFN-V)对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)的保护作用及其机制。方法:应用大鼠MIRI模型,观察损伤后心肌组织缺血区起氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活性、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量和心肌组织结构的变化及XFN-V对其的影响。结果:XFN-V组心肌SOD、GSH-Px活性明显升高,MDA含量明显降低,与再灌组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),且XFN-V升高SOD活性的作用优于辅酶Q10(P<0.05)。结论:XFN-V可激活体内的抗自由基系统,对MIRI具有良好的保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect and mechanism of xinfuning No. Ⅴ (XFN -Ⅴ) on myocardiol isdemi-alreperfusion injury(MIRI). Methods : Using MIRI mode of rat to observe the actioity of superoxide dismutose ( SOD) and glu-tathione Peroxidase (GSH -Px) , content of malon dia Idehyde (MDA) in the ischernic area, charge of myocarolial structure ard the influerce of XFN - Ⅴ on these indices. Results: In the XFN - Ⅴ group, the activity of SOD and GSH - Px were higher and contant of MDA was significantly lower than those in the model group ( P < 0.01). The effect of XFN - Ⅴ in elevating SOD activity was better than that of coenzyme 10 ( P < 0. 05). Conclusions: XFN - Ⅴ could activating the intra - corporeal anti - free radical system thus to protect myocardiuln from MIRI.
