摘要
提出了房改工作中出现的居民购买力不足、消费观念滞后、缺乏融资渠道、法制法规不健全、企业制度不完善及物业管理跟不上等六个问题.并有针对性地提出了对策建议.
in this thesis, the difficulties and strategies in housing system reform work were discussed. The author puts forward the difficulties in 6 aspects, they are low purchasing power,late consumer sense, few loan channels, imperfect legal system, poor enterprise system, and poor real estate management. And the author makes some suggestions to overcome the difficulties.
