建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱产业．从我国实际出发，进一步培育、完善和发展我国的建筑市场，建立一个统一开放、平等竞争、运行有序的建筑市场运行机制，是深化改革的需要．笔者分析了我国建筑市场的现状和特点，就完善与发展建筑市场的对策进行了探讨．

Building industry is a mainstay industry of national economy in China. It is necessary for deepening the reform, proceeded from the actual conditions in China, to cultivate, perfect and develop construction market as well as to set up a unified' opening, fairly competitive and orderly market mechanism. This paper analyzes the current status and characteristics of construction market in our country, and puts forward her own viewpoints on perfection and development of construction market.
