摘要
从放卷力矩平衡机理出发 ,推导了适用于排线工序各个阶段的数学模型 ,提出了具有可切换不同控制方式的智能型控制策略 :半闭环控制 ,半闭环 +前馈控制 ,半闭环 +闭环 +前馈的复合型控制 ,讨论了各控制方式的适用场合及相互间的切换。基于该控制策略的智能型放卷张力控制器已应用于传动带成形机上 ,并获得了良好的效果。
Based upon the moment equilibrium in rolling-down, the proper mathematical models were deduced for different steps in the production .An intelligent strategy was proposed including a semi-closed -loop control,a closed-loop control,a feed-forward control and their combinations according to different steps for transformable and different controls.On the basis of such a strategy, an intelligent controller of roll-down tension is successfully applied in transfer belt forming machines at a factory in Zhejiang province.
