可重构机床整个寿命周期的配置设计方法 被引量:2

摘要 提出了一种在可重构机床配置设计的初期 ,对机床整个寿命周期的变化需求 (零件混流和产量 ) ,生成经济的经过整个寿命周期所有需求阶段的配置路径的方法。建立了固定需求阶段的机床成本模型 ,并利用整数线性规划方法得到固定需求阶段的可重构机床最佳配置 ;提出了可重构机床配置相似性概念 ,在此基础上 ,利用改进的遗传算法生成固定需求阶段的可选可重构机床配置方案 ;通过计算相邻需求阶段的机床配置相似性来评价可重构性 ,并再次利用改进的遗传算法获得经过可重构机床整个寿命周期所有需求阶段的最优配置路径。 A method to generate a configuration path for changing requirement scenario in the early stage of configuration design for Reconfigurable Machine Tools (RMTS) was proposed. Firstly, the cost models of machine tools for the fixed-demand periods were given, and solved by using integer linear programming method to gain the optimal configuration of RMT for each fixed-demand period. Then, a concept for configuration similarity of RMT was presented,and a GA is used to obtain the alternative configuration decisions of the fixed-demand periods. Finally, reconfigurability between adjacent demand periods was evaluated by computing the configuration similarity, and a GA is used again to find the optimal configuration path that across all demand periods over the lifecycle of the RMT.
