摘要
为了提高对各种异构 CAD平台的适应性 ,提出一种基于 XML的三维参数化标准件库系统。对目前标准件库系统进行了分析 ,指出了存在的问题 ,提出了基于 XML的标准件库系统的体系结构 ;对三维 CAD参数化特征造型系统中常用特征的 XML描述进行了探讨 ,提出了基于 XML特征表达的三维标准件库建库方法 ;通过在不同三维 CAD系统下的 API接口组件的开发 ,实现了 Pro/Engineering、UG和 Inte Solid等 CAD系统下的三维参数化标准件库原型系统。
In order to improve the adaptability to all kinds of heterogeneous CAD systems,a XML-based 3D parametric standard part library system was proposed. This paper analyzed current standard part library systems,and pointed out the existing problems. Then it presented systematic structure of the standard part library system based on XML. Furthermore, it discussed the XML description of features in common use in 3D CAD parametric feature modeling systems,and put forward established method of XML-based 3D standard part library. At a result, by means of appropriative API interface modules under different 3D CAD platforms being developed, the 3D parametric standard part library prototype system under some CAD systems which include Pro/Engineering,UG and InteSolid et al. is realized.
