摘要 论述了环境材料学的兴起对制造业钢铁材料设计思想、品种结构和热处理技术带来的影响 ,提倡在设计新材料时就充分考虑再生循环利用这一时代的基本准则。新一代钢材设计和生产应注重节省合金元素、简化材料组分、重新认识合金化原理 ,钢材品种将向着微合金化、高强度化和易于分类回收的方向发展 ,同时钢铁材料传统的后加工技术——热处理将被简化到最低限度。对环境友好的“绿色技术”正在成为现代制造业和材料生产业的核心竞争力。 On the basis of new concept and principles of ecomaterials, the effects of the ecomaterial science on the design of steels used for manufacturing industries, the variety of steel products and the heat treatment processes were discussed. It becomes an important criterion, in the new era, to carefully consider the recycle of iron and steel at the very beginning of their design. It should be paid a sufficient attention to save alloying elements, to simplify the chemical compositions and re-understanding the alloying principles in the design and production of the new generations of iron and steel. The trends of new iron and steel are characterized as micro-alloying, high strengthen and easy categorization for recycling. The traditional post processing technology for iron and steel,heat treatment,will be minimized. The environment-friendly 'green-tech' is becoming cardinal competitive force of the modern manufacturing enterprises and the modern iron & steel making enterprises.
