摘要
论述了同步器锥毂开式模锻存在的问题,提出了同步器锥毂闭式精锻新工艺和新型模具结构。工艺试验表明,新工艺可显著降低锻压变形力、材料消耗和生产成本,显著提高锻件精度和生产效率。
A description is made on the problems of open-die forging for synchronizer cone naves. A new process and new structure of die is presented for closed precision forging of synchronizer cone naves. The process experiment proves that the deformation force, material consumed and cost of production is greatly decreased, the accuracy of forgings and productivity is greatly increased.
