摘要 针对一般机械零构件设计大都采用载荷系数或工况系数来修正名义载荷 ,以定性地考虑冲击影响有一定的盲目性 ,介绍了能量法和实测法两种冲击载荷的定量分析方法 ,并对两种方法进行了简单的对比分析。结果表明 ,冲击载荷定量分析较修正名义载荷的结果准确 ;就定量分析的两种方法而言 :实测法比能量法准确 ;但前者运用场合较后者相对较少。 In the design of ordinary mechanical components, there are certain blindness's for considering qualitatively the influence of impact in the modification of nominal load on account of adopting mostly the load coefficient and the working state coefficient, two kinds of quantitative analytical method, energy method and actual measurement method, were introduced, and a simple contrasting analysis was carried out on this two methods. The result shows that the result of quantitative analysis of impact load is more accurate than that of modified nominal load. As far as these two methods of quantitative analysis are concerned, the actual measurement method is more accurate than the energy method, but the occasion of application of the former is comparatively less than that of the latter.
