摘要
提出一种需求驱动的面向快速响应的机械产品集成设计系统体系结构 ,研究了该体系结构的使能技术。根据在某些产品的特性参数中有定量属性、定性属性 ,而在定量属性中 ,既有点值属性 ,也有区间值属性的特点 ,提出一种新的实例检索模型 ,并给出相应算法。研究了应用系统集成技术 ,实现了应用系统与PDM封装集成、接口集成、无缝集成三个层次的集成。以某一典型产品为例 ,开发了一个基于实例的机械产品快速集成设计系统 。
A kind of requirement-driven and rapid-response oriented systematic structure of integrated designing system for mechanical product was put forward and the enabling technology of this systematic structure was being studied. According to the characteristics of the property parameters in certain products which possesses qualitative attribute and quantitative attribute, but there are not only the attribute of point value but also the attribute of regional value in the quantitative attribute, a kind of new retrieval model of living example was put forward and the corresponding algorithm was presented. The integration technology of application system was studied. A three layered integration of application system with PDM enveloping integration, interfacing integration and seamless integration was realized. Taking a certain typical product as an example, a case based rapid integration designing system was developed, and verification on a living example was carried out.
