摘要
切实推进高校档案建设的有力措施是优化馆藏,优化馆藏包含两方面内容档案价值鉴定和馆藏结构优化。
Great measure taken to promote earnestly the building of archives at colleges of higher learning is to optimize the library, which contains two aspects: namely, the archives value appraisal and library structure optimization.
