论业主在工程质量管理中的作用

On Owner's Role in the Engineering Project Management

论述了工程项目业主在项目建设过程存在的问题,提出了解决这些问题的建议.人们在讨论工程质量问题时,大多只涉及到承包商.但就我国目前的情况看,业主在工程质量管理方面同样具有重要作用,特别是在我国加入WTO后,业主的作用尤其重要,应该引起重视.

In this paper,some problems in the process of the engineering project that managed by owners arediscussed and some suggestions are given. In China, owners can play an important role in the engineeringproject management,especially after having entered WTO,which must be paid attention to.
