摘要
研制PtRh10 Pt热电偶的Cu CuNi0 6 补偿导线。对材料的电阻率、抗拉强度、延伸率、热电性能进行测试并进行X 射线衍射分析。CuNi0 6 合金的最佳Ni含量为 0 6%~ 0 61%。Cu CuNi0 6 补偿导线与S型热电偶的热电性能在温度 0~ 2 0 0℃范围内是相似的。在 10 0℃时补偿导线的热电势比较接近于S型热电偶 ,2 0 0℃时略低 ,而 5 0℃时又略高。在要求精密测量时 ,由补偿导线引起的误差不可忽视。
A cold-junction compensative lead Cu-CuNi for Pt-PtRh10 thermocouple used in cer tain temperature range is developed. The test of specific resistivity, tensile s trength, elongation and thermal electricity performance for the Cu-CuNi alloy a n d the XRD analysis are conducted. The results indicate that the thermal voltage of compensative lead is similar to Pt-PtRh10 thermocouple in the temperature ra n ge of 0~200℃. At 100℃, the thermal voltage of compensative lead is closed to t he thermocouple, while at 200℃, slightly lower, but at 50℃, somewhat higher. T he measurement deviation from the compensative lead is not neglect while the hig h precise is necessary.
