摘要
为准确计算盘式制动器的振动频率 ,采用多柔体动力学分析方法 ,研究制动器摩擦引起的非线性振动。首先应用有限元软件ANSYS ,生成制动器柔性体零件 ,然后在多体动力学软件MSC ADAMS中 ,通过施加约束、力以及摩擦片和制动盘之间的滑动接触 ,建立盘式制动器柔性体模型。模型研究结果表明 ,增加摩擦片阻尼抑止了制动盘的振动。
In order to accurately calculate vibration frequency of disk brake, the friction -induced non-liner vibration of disk brake is studied by using the multi-bod y dy namics analysis method. The flexible components of disc brake are created by me a ns of the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The flexible disc brake wad i s achieved by adding constraint, force and the sliding contact between flexible b odies in the multi-body system simulation software MSC.ADAMS. The research re sul ts show that the increase of brake pad damping could suppress the brake vibratio n.
