急性毒鼠强中毒患儿血浆毒鼠强浓度与心肌酶谱相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 分析小儿急性毒鼠强中毒 (ATI)时血浆毒鼠强 (TEM)浓度与血清心肌酶谱的关系 ,探讨ATI患儿心肌酶谱升高的意义。方法  36例ATI患儿于入院 4 8h内分别采用气相色谱法和速率法测定血浆TEM浓度和血清心肌酶谱 ,后者包括乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶 (α -HBDH)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶 (AST)、磷酸肌酸激酶 (CK)和心脏型肌酸激酶同工酶 (CK -MB)。结果 血浆TEM浓度与LDH、α -HBDH、AST、CK和CK -MB均呈正相关 (r=0 .4 0 6 8~ 0 .94 2 3,P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1) ;抽搐组心肌酶谱高于非抽搐组和正常对照 (P均 <0 0 1) ,非抽搐组与对照组之间无显著性差异 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。结论 ATI患儿心肌酶谱升高与心肌损害和骨骼肌抽搐有关 ,测定心肌酶谱对ATI病情和预后的判断有重要意义。 Objective To study the relationship of plasma tetramine (TEM) to serum myocardial enzyme spectrum in acute tetramine poisoning(ATI).?Methods Plasma TEM and serum myocardial enzyme spectrum (LDH, AST, α-HBDH, CK, CK-MB)in 36 cases of ATI were measured by using gas chromatography and rate nephelometry respectively.?Results Positive correlation was found between plasma TEM and myocardial enzymes LDH,α-HBDH, AST, CK and CK-MB (r=0.4068~0.9423, P<0.05~0.01). The myocardial enzyme spectrum in convulsive patient group was higher than in non-convulsive patient group and control group (P<0.01), and there was no significant difference between non-convulsive group and normal control group(P>0.01).?Conclusion As the rise of serum myocardial enzyme spectrum is related to the myocardial injury and convulsion, measuring serum myocardial enzymes is of significance for estimating the seriousness and prognosis of ATI.
