浅谈山区农民的资源禀赋——武义县大田乡脱贫奔小康的调查与研究

Resource Endowment of Farmers in Mountain Areas:An Investigation and Study of the Antipoverty Programs in Datian Township, Wuyi County

武义县大田乡是浙江省为数不多的"欠发达乡镇"之一,目前只实现了国家规定的小康标准的47.58%。导致这种局面的主要原因,一是大田乡各种资源的总量稀缺,二是现有的资源禀赋差劣。目前要使大田乡能够尽快地脱贫奔小康,最为重要的工作就是要在大量引进要素资源(特别是资本和企业家才能)的同时,对现有的资源进行整合,最大程度地提高其经济产出率。

Datian Township of Wuyi County, one of the few 'underdeveloped townships' in Zhejiang Province, reaches only 47.58 % of the national standards for well-off life. There are two reasons for this: one is the scanty resources, and the other is the poor resource endowment. In order to practice the antipoverty programs better and secure a well-off society in Datian as soon as possible, the government has to, while introducing great quantities of production resources (capital and entrepreneurial ability in particular), integrate its existing resources and maximize its economic output, as is its first and foremost work. the intelligence of and secure it a well-off difference between existing resources endowment.
