摘要
学校管理行为困惑的关键在于其自身理论的缺失,而学校管理理论缺失的典型表现又源于其方法论研究的贫瘠。在这样的语境下,本文首先分析了学校管理方法论的核心问题———学校管理方法体系问题。将学校管理方法体系理解为横纵交错的系统,并重点对其中层进行了建构。认为学校管理方法体系的中层可从三个方面理解———中层范畴论、中层移植论和中层范式论。
The perplexity of the school authority in its behavior of management results primarily from its lack of the support of management theories, which in turn is attributed to its poor methodological research. This paper analyzes the essential problem of the management methodology-the school management methodology system. Taking school management methodology as a system constructed both vertically and horizontally, the paper focuses on construction of a middle-level theory thereon, arguing that the middle level of the school management methodology system consists of three aspects: the middle-level category theory, the middle-level transplant theory and the middle-level paradigm theory.
