丙纶POY高速纺丝油剂的研制

根据丙纶的结构特征以及高速纺丝工艺特点,以脂肪酸酯为油剂主体,选用特殊磷酸酯抗静电剂及其 它单体表面活性剂,研制出具有良好集束、抗静电、润湿、平滑和耐磨等性能的丙纶高速纺丝油剂TF-730。油 剂应用于纺丝中,丙纶POY、DTY一等品率分别达到95％和90％。

The finish with good properties of bunding, antistatic, lubrication and antifriction was applied in spinning , the first-grade of POY and DTY could reached by 95 % and 90% respectively.
