摘要
介绍了目前国内外PVC共混增韧的各种方法,并对增韧机理进行了探讨和研究。
As a widely used common plastic, PVC has some weakness, such as low tougheness, low charpy impact strength, low heat-resistance, bad processing property, unstable toughening, etc. These problems restrict its further applications in some high-performance aspects. In this thesis, some blending toughening modification methods of PVC were introduced, including PVC/EVA, PVC/NBR, PVC/PUR/SBS-g-MMA, PVC/CPE, PVC/MBS, PVC/ABS, PVC/ ACR, PVC/PP, PVC/HIPS, PVC/PMMA, PVC/XPS core-shell system, PVC/SiO_2, PVC/CaCO_3, PVC/ Al(OH)_3, PVC/MgO, etc. All these can be divided into three different toughening systems: PVC/elastomer which include net and sea-island two kinds toughening mechanism, PVC/rigid-particle which include cold-pull and cavity two kinds toughening mechanism and PVC/nano-particle which hasn′t clear toughening mechanism and need further study. All the toughening mechanisms above were discussed in details.
