摘要
采用十二烷基硫酸钠和OP-10混合乳化剂,将甲基丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯-甲基丙烯酸丁酯进行乳液共聚,研究了反应温度、引发剂浓度、乳化剂浓度、全氟单体浓度等因素对聚合速率(Rp)的影响。结果表明,聚合速率随着引发剂浓度、乳化剂浓度的增加而增加;随着全氟单体浓度的增加而降低。该体系的表观活化自由能为106.27kJ/mol,Rp∝[I]1.68,Rp∝[S]0.88,Rp∝[FMA8]-0.33。
The kinetics of emulsion copolymerization of perfluoroalkylethyl methacrylate(FMA8) with butyl methacrylate(BMA) using SDS and OP-10 as emulsifier was studied. The effects of the concentration of emulsifier, initiator, FMA8 and polymerization temperature on polymerization rate(R_p) were investigated. The results show that the polymerization rate increases with the increasing concentration of emulsifier and initiator, and decreases with the increasing concentration of the monomer(FMA8), following to the relationship R_p∝[I]^(1.68), R_p∝[S]^(0.88), R_p∝[FMA8]^(-0.33). Apparent activation energy of copolymerization is calculated with the value of (106.27) kJ/mol. It is found that the effect of the concentration of emulsifier and initiator on polymerization rate in this copolymerization exhibits different behaviors, compare to classical emulsion polymerization. And some reason for the results was discussed.
