摘要 采用DSC、热台偏光显微镜(HS-POM)和TGA研究了聚4-(4-甲氧基)-二酚氧羰基酚丙烯酸酯(PACDHP)对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)非等温结晶行为、晶体形态和热稳定性的影响。结果表明,当PACDHP用量为HDPE用量的0.25%~0.5%时可以促进HDPE的结晶,从而加快HDPE的结晶速度,提高HDPE的结晶度,同时,可降低HDPE晶粒的尺寸并使其分布更为均匀。实验证明PACDHP是高密度聚乙烯的一种有效成核剂。 The crystallization kinetics, morphology a nd thermal stability of the binary system consisting of the commercial high dens ity polyethylene(HDPE) and a novel liquid crystalline nucleating agent, Poly(4- methoxy-diphenoneoxycarbonyl phenyl acrylate)(PACDHP), were investigated by mea ns of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and hot stage polarized optical mic roscopy(HS-POM). The increase in both the crystallization temperature and cryst allinity for HDPE were observed in the compositions between (0.25%) and (0.5% ) of PACDHP. It is also found that the crystal size of HDPE can be effectively controlled by the amount of nucleating agent added. The experimental data demons trates that PACDHP can indeed act as a nucleating agent for HDPE.
