以聚ε-己内酯(PCL)作有机高聚物基体,通过正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)在其溶液中进行溶胶-凝胶反应,制备出透明的PCL/SiO2杂化材料。研究了加料方式、搅拌速率、加水量和聚合物含量对溶胶-凝胶过程的影响,并对其凝胶过程机理进行了初步探讨。
A series of transparent PCL/SiO_2 hybrid monolith were prepared via sol-gel process starting from tetrathoxysilane (TEOS) in the solution of poly (ε-caprolactone) (PCL). The gel time depends on the polymer content, the H_2O/TEOS molar ratio and stirring rate. The gel time decreases with the polymer content increased. The gel time passes through a minimum When the H_2O/TEOS molar ratio increases from 1 to 10, the curve turns at 7. The gel time falls off with stirring rate improved under 1000 r/min. Conversely, at stirring rate higher than 1300 r/min, gel time is found to rise when stirring rate is increased. Between 1000 r/min and 1300 r/min, gel time changes little and arrives at minimum.
