氯乙烯生产系统故障树可靠性模型及其长周期运行分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对乙炔法生产氯乙烯系统频繁非计划停工的现状 ,利用故障树和模糊评估分析方法建立可靠性模型 ,分析了影响可靠性的主要因素 ,引入设备和管理两个因子对一般设备故障率进行修正 ,并提出延长聚氯乙烯装置的安全运行周期的相应措施 。 For stable procedure and longterm operation, a model has been built to analyses the reliability of Polyvinyl chloride unit(PVCU)by means of fault tree and fuzzy sets theory. The major works were to determine the reliability of the process system and found the weakest link of the system. The FTA model used two terms, the equipment modification factor and the management systems evaluation factor, to modify these generic frequencies. Meanwhile the ways of improving system’s reliability and safety were also given.
